Siding, Fascia & Soffit for West Texas Homes
Durable exterior materials with less maintenance
Exterior siding does more than improve curb appeal. It helps protect the wall assembly from wind, moisture and the demanding West Texas climate. We offer steel, aluminum, vinyl and composite siding, with each material providing different benefits in appearance, maintenance, durability and cost.
Proper installation is just as important as the material itself. Correct fastening, clearances, flashing and water management around windows, doors and wall penetrations help the siding perform as intended and protect the structure behind it.
Many factory-finished siding products include long-term finish warranties, with some providing coverage for 20 years or more. Warranty length, fading standards, exclusions and transferability vary by manufacturer and product line, so we review the specific coverage with you before the material is selected.

Wood-grain finishes without the maintenance of exposed wood
Embossed wood-grain siding provides the texture and appearance of traditional wood while reducing the need for scraping, staining, and repainting. Available colors, profiles, material thicknesses, and finish warranties vary by manufacturer, so those details should be compared before selecting a product.
Color and texture are only part of the decision. Proper fastening and clearances allow the siding to move as temperatures change without buckling or pulling loose.

Fascia and Soffit protect the roof edge
Fascia finishes and protects the edge of the roof and commonly provides the mounting surface for gutters. Soffit closes the underside of the overhang and, when properly designed and vented, can provide intake air for attic ventilation.
Before covering existing wood with steel, aluminum or vinyl, the underlying material should be checked for deterioration. Covering damaged wood may improve its appearance temporarily, but it does not correct the condition underneath.
