1. We have a 30-minute consultation guarantee! NOT an hour and a half like others. Our goal is to discuss the options you want, get measurements for an estimate, and get out of your hair. We aim to find a price point that works for your budget right away, and not do the back-and-forth thing.

2. If not discussed otherwise, we will have your estimate to you within 24 hours, but hopefully the same day.

 

3. We will be in touch via call, text, or email along the way so you know what's going on. The lead time to get the windows manufactured (these are custom-made just for your home) is around 3-5 weeks.

 

4. Approximately a week from the completion of the windows, we will set a tentative date to begin the installation.
